I've spent the past 7 years coaching, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting and Bodybuilding. I started coaching in 2017, helping people unlock their potential through strength, conditioning, and intentional movement. My passion lies in guiding individuals to help build confidence with a barbell, master the basics, refine their technique, move with intent, and discover just how capable they really are.

I specialize in teaching efficient, effective, and safe movement with a barbell— while creating an environment where athletes of all levels feel supported and challenged whether you're new to lifting or experienced. My goal is to help you move better, get stronger, and train with purpose.

My training philosophy is built on three pillars: MOBILITY, FUNDAMENTALS, and MECHANICS. I believe that mastering the basics and moving well before intensity, speed, or heavy load. When athletes move better they perform better, not just in the gym, but in every aspect of life.
